Norbert Vergez has more than 25 years of honorable active-duty military service, followed by more than a decade of experience leading complex business projects as a civilian. A combat veteran and senior Army aviator, Norbert Vergez served in leadership and command positions throughout his military career, including platoon leader, company commander, battalion commander, and Army staff officer. He concluded his military service with the rank of Colonel.
With a bachelor's degree in military studies from Norwich University, Norbert Vergez pursued a master's degree in information systems at the Florida Institute of Technology and strategic studies at the US Army War College. He also has certifications in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Project Management.
As a colonel in the US Army, Norbert Vergez managed some of the military’s most demanding aviation programs. He was responsible for billions of dollars in aircraft acquisition and life cycle support, ensured operational readiness of over 800 aircraft and associated facilities, and managed the training and welfare of hundreds of personnel. He also helped field more than 100 aircraft into Iraq and Afghanistan.
After retiring from the Army, Norbert Vergez transitioned his leadership and project management experience into the private sector. Today, he is the CEO of IDRINQ, overseeing its operational efficiency and strategic expansion across the Americas. Previously the director of capital projects at P3 Builds, he led the company’s commercial construction division, managing more than $10 million in new construction and remodeling projects annually.
